I dont know wich type movie format can i wacth it on "LG Flatron W2252TQ" 22 inc"

    last week i bought lcd LG Flatron W2252TQ 22 inc"
    he is really big..
    now..!!
    my query is while im running regilur movie like
    "xxx-dvdrip.imbt" so my lcd shown the movie so tiny
    in th middle of the lcd.
    whick kind of format should i have??

    i think might be : "xxx720p.BluRay.x264"?? its shold work??
