i have had my "the box" for a few months i know my secret number 1570 and pay a nominal fee to virgin can any one tell me what my settings should be ntl/c&w/tw as i have messed them up. i am not that technically gifted so would really appreciate a step by step run through, preferably from when i turn it on till hopefully it works.i live in merseyside. hopefully some one out there can help me
Nothing to do with your settings, if you look around the forum you will see all the boxes in the UK are down. You will have to wait for new firmware for your box to autoroll, this is being worked on at the moment.
