i forgot my windows vista password help

whats up guys i need some help please i forgot my vista computer password.

1 have tired starting in safe mode dose not work
2 i have tired usiing ophcrack but can't find my password
3 i lost my cd to reinstill the sofware.

please help me im going out my mind

But I would backup my system partition before making any permanent changes to your Vista partition, just in case.

im lost i wne to the web site u showed me i downloading iso file to cd made sure that my computer stated of the cd it didnt read it just please im lost. im not going to to lie im kindo new to this im learning little by litte. help
