They can do it in Russia! They reinstall the software. BUT they speak only russian. I can help. You need to visit Moscow or send the phone to them. I have been to their shop - 30 minutes and my phone works EVERYWHERE!!!! I am trying to get the software myself, but also i need a special cable - and that is what i am working at now!
