For some strange reason every time i try to load a gcos game, Exe. Multdisc game cube games. Or even my wiikey config1.9s disc my wii just loads it as a game cube game then the wii restarts and it just keeps going over any over. They only way i get around this problem is i have to put in a old disc i have that boots the gcos like a n64 rom disc i made a wile back, then tak it out and insert the disc i wish to play. I have a second problem as well, i have a NTSC version of metalgear twin snakes on one dvd disc and no matter what format i load it in the screen just stays green. Any insight on either of these confusing problems would be a god send. P.S. what is dev mode on the wiikey configure disc.. and what does turning it on or off do ?

My Wiikey reads multidisc gamecube games without a problem, check the size of your gamecube isos...make sure the sizes are exactly wat they are supposed to be, make sure you burn the games properly....burn them at a slow speed and use good media...thats all the advice i can give you.
