i got problem when capture this tape

    This is what i saw using VirtualVCR

    I need some help i got problem when capture this tape
    This is an very old VHS tape (abt 10yr already)
    I tot of REc it into DVD

    But very funny problem WHen i see on my Own TV every thing is look just fine... the problem is when i was abt to capture using PC than show this problem..

    I m sure that the tape is fine & ok ..

    Isit the Program source cant capture a 10yr ago VHS tape?
    can someone help me?

    I using Pinnacle PCTV PRo
