i got rm files how do i burn them to a dvd-r? or convert so i can

i got these rm files, and idk how to put them on a dvd-r
do i have to convert them to a iso?.avi?
??
i usually download avi files and use dvd flick but
these rm files idk what to do wid em..

Select 'Convert to DVD Video'
In DVD Flick, load the new video and in Project Settings > Video > Advanced, select 'Copy Mpeg2 file' - to prevent re-encoding'.
