I have 512 rams but pc says 384

    I'm sure it have 512mb rams but under computer properties it only says i have 384 anyone knows what's wrong??

    you probably have integrated graphics so that takes away 128mb.

    how do i find out if i do have intergrated graphics?

    start->run->dxdiag->enter

    go to display. if you see integrated then you have integrated graphics. btw the 6100 is an integrated chipset

    in control panel\system\device manager, look under video display adapter. also type dxdiag in the run command line. that will tell you what card & whether built in or a card.
