I have a new phone

    My new motorola v220 has a usb port and I have the usb cable but when I connected it to the computer it say new it tries to install it but then it says hardwarewas not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary softtware. If someone can please help me with this problem I would appreciate it thank you
