hi i think i have instaled the wrong firmware into my starview i think i have flashed it with THE BOX firmware and now i cant get anything but aa screen THE BOX no response from remot Nothing and when i try to reflash with old firmware it wond downlaod it says unable to down load ..pleae please help
The only option left open to you is the bad flash recovery method, so go to the 1st link marked Starview Help at the bottom of my post and read the Bad Flash method, you have to have patience and persevere with it - it could succeed first time but it may take in excess of 20 attempts so keep trying, it is your only way, make sure that you have the correct firmware or even an older one okay.
