    hey everyone,

okay so I have a epsiode of south park on my computer. as you know they are only about 20 minutes long and this one happens to have bad quality [not the best anyhow, nothing compared to a dvd]. Its file size is 140MB and it runs at 144kbs. It is in AVI format, DIVx. Is this right? Why is a 20 min video 140mb??? I've got other south park episodes that are 50MB each, AVI, DIVx and just as good quality, maybe a tad under. I don't mind reducing the quality a little, I just need to get the file size down. What is the best format to compress to? What is a good program I can get to do this? Please, any help would be great. Thankyou
