keep seeing how to put new codes,download updates etc,but i have lost my manual telling me how to install the codes like 00 57 82 etc etc??can someone copy and paste theirs up here for me to follow and sort my own(and maybe others) starview boxes that have crashed?i have tried to update with the cable from pc to box,but it keeps telling me its failed??,ready for chucking it out the window here as i cant watch any sports,movies etc? please help someone ???
To input keys manually : press menu press 1570. (this takes you into secret menu) Press OK on "nagravision" Make sure your cable provider is listed at top N*L or T***WEST C&W CHO**S etc Go down to "Key Number" and check its on 00 Go down again to "Key Data" and input the correct keys Press OK to store Go back up "Key Number" and change to 01 using the > button on the remote control Go back down again to "Key Data" and input the correct keys Press OK to store Press "Exit" , Check the bottom option and make sure "Key EMU" is On Press Ok again Then "Exit and "Exit" again back to the main tv screen Then go to a paid channel and should update .
cheers celtic m8!now i have done as instructed,and also trying to download new codes or whatever by flashing my box,but a message appears saying "flash failed"??? all cables are connected and fine in my opinion.im really stuck here,and i was hoping to catch our game on shitanta tomorrow?sorry for being a pain,but normally my box get fixed no problem,is there any software my pc needs as my boy just re-booted the whole computer?
