I have no channels,please help

Hello, I have a coolsat 5000, yesterday i did a database reset and after i loaded norw_144 but still nothing. All I have on my screen is a big t.v and the words No Channel. I looked at my dish settings but any thing i click on it is all red. I did a auto scan,blind scan and manuel but all quality stays red.

I'm missing all my shows,my sports.Please help me step by step on what to do. Is there a channel list bin and is the bin i loaded good.

I don't know what to do.

I went there and i saw the channel list, is that good because it said motor 24" dish)de arnold.ndf at the end of it.

 

Sorry I cannot answer that the guys there will though just ask as we are all here to help.
