I have to open then close disc cover to continue the game ... what's wrong?

i've install the Qoob SX in GC and play Resident Evil4 successful
but i have problem in Luigis Mansion
the disc stop spin in every few minute
the game still continue untill i get into the next room
then i open the cover display : please close the disc cover
i close it,start spining display : reading disc...
the game continue.... = = : but it will stop spin in few minute again
i have to open and close disc cover every it stop pining to continue the game

is there anything wrong?
disc burning? modechip? bios? or i have to chang my machine > <
(there is no problem in resident evil 4)

 

strange...I use ViperGC and their is an option for playing with both open and closed lid. Maybe Qoob has one too. Or maybe your lid detection is broken. Sorry, but i'm not familiar with Qoob.
