i have tried everything to unlock it. started with Imei codes and now with the cable. seems to be i can't find a good unlocking software for it. (with the cable now) pls help me!
There are no cables or software for unlocking any DCT 4 type phone. Have you seen the message "code error" or "can not undo restrictions" If "code error" only, list your IMEI, Country, Network and I'll get you the code.
this phone was brought from USA to panama but was locked. yes, i tried to unlock it with the Imei# several times and got both of the messages cannot undo restriction first and code error several times after. then, i realized that you only have 5 times to do it and i tried like 10; and most unlocking programs say that after, it needs to be taken to a proffessional. anyway... It will have to be taken to a professional to be unlocked. He will use what is called a DCT 4 clip in short terms and the unit costs about $300 to $400 and the unlock is usually around $30.00, maybe less.
