I tried over & over to figure it out. And I think I solved the problem but its too late, the new 360 is out. Anyhow I got a wild hair and tried somthing, to my suprize it worked. I used DVD-R rather than DVD+R it worked. someone please try it and let me know
Thier isnt a specific format that is best to play on Xbox systems. Some people use DVD-R and some use DVD+R. The (solving the problem) that you cliam you have done is kinda true. You solved your problem but not neciserly others problem's. Every Xbox is diffrent on what they can play and not play. The solving part comes to each indvidual person on finding the format and Brand of DVD's that thier system likes the best and stick with that format and brand.
