I need a dual layer burner with Bitsetting. help pls

    Hi guys.
    I been searching for a dual layer dvd burner with Bitsetting but no luch because the posts are 2-3 years old so they are more hard to find.I have windows vista 64bit some of the ones i found are for xp. I can spend like up to $60 or so but I want one that for sure it can use Bitsetting and need to be ATA

    just about any modern ones.. the pioneer 11x series are good value for quality burners.
