I need an easy to read tutorial for modding my xbox

I'm not saying that the tutorials that I have read are not good, it's just that i'm not real good with computers so I need someone to help me find one that I can actually understand. So, If your a person out there who has an easy to read tutorial, or a person that knows where one is please post a link here. Thanks
