try this link. http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=EU i downgraded 2 toshiba laptops last fall for a friend. toshiba's faq said to use an a100 series xp driver to get the a200 or a210 laptop to work properly.
Why do you two call it downgrade? If you are changing, from Vista, to XP, it is a definite upgrade. To coin a phrase..."And that's the truth."
i945? i believe that's intel... you can download their latest drivers off their homepage http://www.intel.com that should fix the video issues. as for the audio. i'm clueless, is it hd audio? or 'regular' audio?
