i need help badly with ftping my xbox

i dont know why when i open flashfxp i always get a error that says connetion failed,connection timed out, i got a crossover cable,i closed my anti virus program and firewall,i used pimpdawg tutorial on how to ftp the xbox,and i followed his instructions i dont know why im geting
connection failed(connection timed out)

by the way im connecting directly to the pc with crossover cable

can someone help a brotha out please ill appreciate it

 

Alright, simplest way to hook up FTP
go into your modded dash and find the IP, it should be in the system settings or something like that

open up flashfxp press " F8 "
for " server or URL " put your xbox's IP
for " user name " put xbox
for " password " put xbox

click connect and you should be ready to ftp
