my ipod can recive videos frm itunes but its just the video no sound i got AoA mp4 converter but when i convert a movie to the ipod u can c the wheel start to spin at the top of the screen but when i look for the movie its not there can any1 help me
My only solution to this is that if you have a 1.1 firmware version, then upgrade to the latest one or you can downgrade to 1.0, which is "the most stable". I have heard and helped alot of people with the same issue as this, and all that they do is update to the latest version, which can be found at apples website. Overall, 1.1 has had alot of issues, especially with the iPod video.(To find out what version you iPod is go into settings>About> and it will show a list of different things, so just scroll down to version) The link for the latest version can be found here:http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/ And unfortunatly, I do not know the link for the 1.0 version, so if you want it, maybe Lethal B can help you.
