After inserting a blank DVD into my drive, wanting to write my ISO file I get a message at the bottom of the screen. What does it mean - Device Not Ready (Unable to Recover TOC)!

I'll assume you are using DVD Decrypter for the burn...close the program and open again, your error should go away. You can also try refreshing the drive through the tools menu.

I tried closing and reopening, the same thing appears on the bottom. Do I have a bad burn driver?

Reboot your puter and try again...the error means that DVD Decrypter can't access the Table of Contents, probably because another app is using it.
