I need help...............please :(

Ive read the xbox360-hacks forum site, up,down,backtofront, and still can not make head nor tail of how to flash the drive.

I have a hitachi 79 drive?

So my question's are......

1) can i use any SATA connection on motherboard, or does it have to be from a SATA pci adapter card / SATA controller

2) What software do i use? (as youtube ones may be outdated)

3)is there any goo written tutorial's, or GOOD video tutorial's providing help.

Well i just found a tutorial on this site, how to do it.

But 1 question remain's unanswered. i need a SATA pci card/connecter. Will the SATA slot on my motherboard do the same thing? (It may not be, so it's worth asking as everyone say's use a connecter/card, but most people don't have SATA slot's on motherboard)
