    It worked like magic . I am not free to use it anywhere .
    Hey ,one more thing , would you happen to know what other changes i can do to my phone so as to clean up CINGULAR planted/protected things .For instance, i really want to disable the media net option which appears at right lower corner. i guess cingular has kept it there coz they know the user would keep hitting it one or the other time n they can make money by charging you for browsing .
    Any idea ??

    you need to flash your phone by removing all the stored data from your phone you have to take your phone to the repair phone if they have software and they know how to do it they will.
