    I need help unlocking a nokia 6102b
    IMEI 356643000100294
    It's on the Suncom network, can you help please, would like to us on the Cingular Network.

    and hope to be able to switch between Cingular and TelCel in Mexico -

    thanks for the try but that didnt work.
    when i put the code in it says "Phone Restriction On"
    i dont get it, could it be i locked it completely because i tried too many times?

    Have it flashed or just have it unlocked with the DCT 4 clip. If it's possible, exchange the phone for another one and we'll try again.
