Hi! I need some help! I have a cellphone through Verizon. I got it wet and it is now ruined & I do not have any money to buy a new phone. My daughter gave me a Nokia 6010 that she got from T-Mobile. Someone told me about unlock codes. Now, I do not understand anything about all this technology stuff. Is there anyone out there who is patient enough to help me out? I have read stuff on your site with codes, but I do not know what they mean, how to enter them, etc. Please help! I need someone who would be patient enough to tell me step by step what to do. Go ahead and forget about the 6010 working with Verizon because they are a CDMA betwork and the 6010 will only work with GSM networks. There are no ways at all to make the phone work with Verizon.
Thanks so much for the info! I guess I will just have to do without a phone. I called ans asked them about a replacement and they said 150.00 was the cheapest phone they had. Way too much for me!
