i need help with a virus/spyware!

i have a really annoying virus that keeps making porn sites appear and saying your system is infected, and when ever i go to restart all the files i just deleted/added are all back/gone.

i have vet anti-virus 2005 and its says there is no virus, i scanned the computer again with spy cleaner gold (which isnt freeware) and it says there is a win32 trojan, so i press delete, it doesnt delete. its says it has but it didnt..

i know where the file is that is causing the problems but there files are locked or in use, 2 of the .exe files (isamonitor and isamini) are processes and when i click end process it comes straight back. i downloaded unlocker 1.8.5 and it said it will delete after a restart.. never happened.

i really dont know what to do!!

Any tips or anything??

 

i managed to delete all but the 2 processes.

all the other files deleted normally exept a .dll file which i had use unlocker to end process and delete..
