i need help with burning from media player to dvd as much help as possible please

i try burning downloaded movies but it wont let me and if i need a compressor what is the best one 2 use

i downloaded it but how do i burn a movie i have downloaded to a blank dvd?

 

we will need to know what format your files are in(avi mpeg?) and what size is your complete file
as for compression if you are new to burning then I'd go with dvd shrink but as for the best that would have to be dvd rebuilder with cce but this is quite a bit more complicated I'd suggest you do some reading if you are not sure
