when i go in to the [bold]pst phone programmer[/bold] it says that phone not connected please connect and power up phone. what should i do
That happenend to me also. Just Unplug it and turn it off, then turn it on, and then plug it in. If that doesnt work install it again from ur P2k File again. That is what i did.
