Hey guys. I'm currently at my girlfriends house who has verizon DSL. Now, she actually has an ethernet cord coming from her router and into her desktop. I have a laptop. I used to bring it over all the time and hook up the same cord to my laptop, but all of a sudden, the internet would just not work on my laptop at all. It would say, "acquiring network adress" and then say that it had little or no connectivity. I dont know why the internet would work with her computer but not mine. Any suggestions?
