i need help with my dvd player

    i need help with my dvd player. i just got a new dvd and it frezzes up on almost every new dvd i got how to i fix that?

    It sounds defective. Have you contacted the manufacturer for service or warranty repairs?

    There are lots of different reasons it could be failing.

    Examples:

    Dirt or dust in the drive.
    Power supply failing.
    mechanical damage to the disc drive.

    The list goes on and on.

    i just got it and the dvds. some work but not much it was a $150 so it better work!
