I need help with my GBA Action Replay link...

    I put the disc in and I get on the screen I'm supposed to... but I don't know how to update my Action Replay thing... can someone help me out?

    ... I know that! It's for the computer. The Action Replay thing is like a GameShark, and it has this wire that hooks up to the computer and that's what I'm talking about! I just don't know what I'm supposed to do after that weird screen comes up... all I want to do is friggin' update the damn thing, and I have no idea what the hell I'm doing!!! :p HEEEELLLPPP!!!!
