I Need Help With my PC

    I have a HP computer and the model is P6210f and the computer has Windows 7 I can not figure out how to do a destructive restore to get rid of a trojan virus. Please help if you know how to restore the computer completely

    moved to correct forum as not a pc hardware issue. in the system recovery, click on advance options as it should give you that option to do destructive restore or something like that.

    also try malwarebytes frokm freeware

    I think for hp is F2 or f12 when you first boot up to get into the recovery menu. I'm not sure as I no longer have HP.Then, you just follow the instruction.


    TO be on a safe side, You can DOWNLOAD UBUNTU LINUX for free. It is alot safer than window and free and quick. If you need any office like stuff just download openoffice.

    Hope you fix your computer, I hate virus!
