i have a series on dvd-r's that have four episodes each on them without menus. i want to add munues and seperate the episodes. i have tried using nero vision but i cant seem to get it to do what i want it to do. please help. i am new to this, i can do the backing up of my dvd collection and putting them on dvd-r's with no problems. i backed up my whole csi collection with no problems.
i want to be able to creat menues to go to each seperate episode, that way if i want to watch episode 3 on the disk i can click on the menue for episode three and go directly to it. i can do the menues if i record one episode at a time so they will show up as four different files. but these where recorded all at once and show up as one big file.
So if I get this right all episode are in 1 long file. So when you import the Video file it only gives you 1 menu pain due to all episodes are in the same file. You could import the file in then go to create chapters. Instead of letting it automaticly create chapters chose to do it manuly. Then you can forword the progression bar to the end of episode 1 then insert a chapter mark at that point. Then you can forword the progression bar to the end of episode 2 and insert a chapter mark there. and so on for the reamning episode's in the file. Once you get the chapter marks in you should have a window pain for each chapter you created. which is the end and begging of each episode. Other then that you would have to edit the file into each episode and then import each episode into nero and that will give you each episode seprtly in a window pain.
