i need help

i have a v1.1 xbox and my buddy have a v1.0 and the 9 hole point in his is already solder do my xbox hole need to be too

 

Depends on the chip you are installing and how you are gonna install it.

its a xecuter2.2 lite with the wires would i have to solder the hole if i use this one

 

You would need to solder the wires to the holes so you would not need to fill them with solder first.

i know that i was just wondering do the rest of the hole need the be fill beside the one that the wire go in because a partner of mine said that it might not work unless you solder the holes

 

No, you can leave the other holes empty.

THe XBox wouldn't turn on at all or it restarted a couple of times and then did nothing?
