i need help !

    i have a chiped xbox. sometime ago the xbox decided to stop working. when i turn it on the buton flashes green and red.i am able to load back up games and also normal games but the dasboard will not loa at all, it comes up with the error 16 crap! i have looked around but i cant find anything can anybody help?? please

    I think this calls for an installer disk. But I don't know much about this, sorry.
