I need restriction code and instructions for Nokia 3595

    Locked on AT&T Wireless U.S.A.
    Bought the phone brand new on Ebay and I cannot use it with my Suncom sim card. It says the phone is restricted and asks for restriction code. Thanks for any help I get.
