i need some help backing up my dvd's

    I'm not sure what programs i should use to backing up my dvd's. I want to get the extra feature's and and the movie. to split up onto two dvd's. i've tried many different programs and i just don't seem to get it.

    If you was after getting the extras but suffering on quality because of this then try DVD2One.1.1.3

    I'm personally on the train of thought that I dont give a shit about extras..

    I should imagine there is a way of 2 disc solution without compromising quality so much but it'll take a bit of messing about. I'd also imagine that IFOedit & VOBedit are probable candidates for software to use for that 2 disc solution

    RECAP: It's as easy as 1,2 & 3

    1. RIP with SmartRipper
    2. If it's over 4.37G, then STRIP or SPLIT if necessary
    3. BURN using Nero

    That's it!
    No additional software needed

    What would he split it with DVDPlanet...

    Not very helpful to just say split it! Would both parts of the film burn & play correctly if just chopped and no GETTING VTS Sectors etc ?
