hi My dad has logged onto his computer to go on the internet. He clicked the 'internet explorer' logo to access the internet but was then a message appeared, 'Internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on.' Then it says the add-on is called 'javapl.dll' Has anybody got any idea how to get his internet working again. Thanks
check this link about dll. also see if internet explorer is in add/remove programs, click add/remove if a menue comes up with a choice of doing a repair than click on that. http://www.dll-files.com
