I need some serious help.......

    I purchased dvd x copy platinum about a 1 1/2 ago. I cannot find the activation code. Where can i get it...do they still have a customer service number or tech support??

    If you must use x copy platinum go for it . But I would suggest using dvddecypter to rip movie, which it will rip some movies x copy will not. and dvdshrink to compress the movie.

    So dvd decryptor is good for burning them and dvd shrink to compress them???

    of course the ones my dvdxcopy plat. does not burn...right??

    X-copy has not been updated in a long time and w/ the new encryptions it has problems decrypting it. If you must use X-Copy then use AnyDVD along w/ X-copy to do the movies. If you ditch X-Copy then use DVDDecrypter to rip The movie to HD and then use Shrink to compress and either Nero or DVDDecrypter to burn the DVD
