    Hi

I confess I am a newbie, but *promise* I've tried searching guides and previous threads, so excuse me if I've missed it.

Have recently purched Phillips DVD RW, which came bundled with Nero (Nero VisionExpress/Express/ShowTime/Recode etc). I have imported DVD (.vob) ok, and have edited some clips and exported as .mpg (MPEG-2). Have also got Windows Movie Maker (for all the good that does!) installed on WinXP PC.

Problem is the boss wants the people on the clips to be annonymous - so need to pixelate or block out faces in some way... I can either import the mpg or dvd files again.

Question: Can the Nero stuff I've got do this?

    If so how?

If not, can you please recommend something that does. It has to be totally legal and legit as its for work!!!

    Cheers

Nero - as far as I know, does not have editing capabilities to do something like that. You need some editing software such as photoshop (my fav, jasc paint shop pro), or even arc soft. You can download trials and play around to see which suits you best. You may want to google search for a tutorial if you have never played around with photo editing. Check into the thread for 'digital photography'

You need an editing software, like Pinnacle Studio or Ulead Visual Studio.
I'm sure there are also some freeware software around but I don;t know any.
See if the boss wants to pay for it ;-)

Apologies for the late reply - I'm still looking at options!
