Please Help. I bought a VAIO laptop 2 years ago. A copy of nero came with it but the program wasn't working. I then downloaded an update version online that is now working fine. For some reason it looks like that either I didn't get the serial code or I just used the given serial number without saving it anywhere (I do not remember). Is there a place where the serial number is kept in nero? I went looking in Help but it send me online. When I try to load the same dowloaded nero program on my wife laptop it is asking for the serial number that I can't find anywhere. What can I do? Please help Kind Regards Ecolungo

What you have to do is first open NeroStartSmart, on bottom right side click on the Flame Icon and it should reveal your current Nero Version and Serial Number. When you have your Nero version post back and we will direct you to the correct link. Mine is for Nero7, so yours WILL look different
