For almost a year burned same set of DVDs repeatedly with DVD Decrypter, no problems - these are legal copies and not something which had to be decrypted. Then the discs started hanging up during synchronising cache. Switched to ImgBurn last week - same problem almost immediately. Broke down and installed Nero Vision Express which is what came with my HP dvd 740e burner (this is my third burner - I fried the first two having made so many copies). First two burns with Nero were beautiful. Now, I have a lovely set of coasters. Every burn is fine until it gets to the end and then it just cycles on the "lead-out" phase (which I assume is just like synchronising cache). The only change I had made to my computer was my Webroot upgrade. I have since uninstalled it to see if that was the problem but it did not correct the issue. I have customers awaiting these DVDs and am heartsick. Is there anything I can do short of buying a new computer and trying that tactic?
if u post the last log of the nero burn, members can see what might be the problem, u can find them here, Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core, look for nero history text doc. dont forget to edit ur serial number out too.
