I/O device error

    what is i/o device error? I coppied national treasure to hd opened up decrypter and am getting this message. thanks

    It usually happens to me when a dvd is scratched or dirty.

    @sunup - if you'd already copied film to hard drive, are you using decrypter to burn ?. if so it could be crappy blank media you're using to burn with
