i/o error when burning

    hi i am having a problem burning i am using dvd shrink 3.2 then i use dvd decrypter 3.4.5 to burn image on hard drive ,i end up with 2 files a mds file thats 4.4mb and a iso file which is 4.3 gb ,then after that i am using decrypter to burn ,i have used both files and get same results ,i get an i/o error that says "cannot write medium-incompatable format" i am using some cheap dvd-r discs and have also tried memorex dvd-r discs as well.if someone can please give me same help .

    you have answered your self! cheap discs and memorex, get good stuff

    I/O means doent like the discs used!

    although i have heard someone say open tray and close tray helped it carry on? but dont quote me it could of meant ripping not burning??????????????
