I'm taking my first stab at burning a backup of a DVD (the new Family Guy if that's relevant to decrypting). Ripping to the HD is no prob, but when I try to burn, Decrypter spits out an error message that I haven't seen in other posts (at least the ones I've read...)...citing "Session Fixation Error Writing Lead In". My drive is a Philips DVD+RW 8601 and I'm burning to Imation DVD+R 8X's (media quality issue??) Any help would be appreciated.
alot of times a i/o error or a crc error is media related. i would suggest sony,maxell,or verbatim media. if u buy on line u could try ty yudens.
