I purchased Clone DVD2 and cannot get it to work.

    I purchased Clone DVD2 and cannot get it to work. They say you need to have the trail version loaded (which I do) and then you just double click on the ".reg" file that comes included in the Zip file attached with the purchase e-mail. I have emailed support and have not recieved a reply. Please help.

    What do you mean by it doesn't work? What does or doesn't it do? Errors? Details will help....

    It says "Oh No" and there is a message saying "your trial period has expired". I used the trial for 21 days and removed it and reinstalled it, to see if I could get another 21 days, but it would not work. So, I went ahead and purchased the full version and they sent me a zip file in the e-mail with a set of instructions that said to "double click the ".reg" file within the zip folder and this would upgrade the trail but it does not work. Does anyone have any answers?

    I just bought mine a few days ago. Are you clicking on the file that looks like the sheep? reg key i mean
