Ok - simply put i have no idea what I'm doing at all . I'm trying to simply burn a few songs from my computer to an audio cd , a cd-r i guess u guys call it . Anyway - the problem is with all the stuff i read on here the cui and bin or whatever ..i don't know if i have them , or better yet if i need them . The program i downloaded the songs : KaZaa The program I'm trying to burn to a disc : Windows Media player The outcome : Something is being burned on the disc, but each time it says it's not audio - and when i go to play it on media player it says the program is not supported . I really aplogize if this question was already answered somewhere else - but i need the answer broken down to me in lamens terms .
Ok gonna have to start with what program you are using to burn these songs. As the program will determine what format you are trying to burn. Secondly, are you burning MP3 or WAV/Song format. As this determines if the player you are going to play them on san read the format. Let us know a bit more.
Use Nero, is the simplest and more versatile. Forget all CUE/BIN stuff, they are not audio-related. Run Nero, choose New-->Audio CD. Drag-and-drop the songs you wand to add and finally click the 'Burn' button. And select a low write speed or you'll hear pops and clicks.... (ah, there is an Audio forum for more questions. This forum does not deal with Audio... for this reason you found the FAQs a little out-of-topic!)
