I really need help with getting files back from a quick erase

    the subject says it all

    im prety sure that a quick erase only delets the "Table of Contents" on the DVD+RW im trying to recover files from

    also, i dont want to pay alot for a recovery program, so dont suggest those uless u dont think their is any free or share ware availible for this
