Ok im in a not so good situation. My friend gave me his cingular motorola v220 camera phone, and i also have a usb cord for it. but that is all. no books no disks no anything. What i am trying to do is get it connected to the computer so i can put ringtones on it. ive been reading a lot of the forums about it. the sites are really weird and im alright with computers and im not sure about all that unzipping and crap...i dont want to pay a penny to connect. so i need sometime to give me valid links and really detailed instructions... like step by step because i cant follow all the other forums. I just need help and if i cant do this free someone let me know. Thanks.
Buy a data cable from ebay then download motorola phone tools from a torrent site or just buy this http://motorola.digitalriver.com/DR...stor&Locale=en_US&Env=BASE&productID=40171400 . There are tons of guides out there as well as everything you need to know is in the first few post of this moto forum.
